Kelly Cornell, CHHC, AADP, a holistic nutrition coach, certified health coach, the founder of Kelly Cornell Wellness, nutrition writer for the San Jose Examiner, freelance holistic health and nutrition writer and a motivational speaker on the subject of health and nutrition. She specializes in helping women over forty improve their health, lose weight permanently without dieting, boost their energy, prevent disease, and live life to its fullest.

Kelly is married and is Mom to four grown children ranging in age from 17 to 25 years old. She runs her own business and maintains a holistic lifestyle. Kelly is 46 years old and is often told she looks like she is in her twenties or thirties. Kelly knows what it is like for the many women she works with who are balancing career, family, and all of life’s demands.
