Guacamole In A Snap

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4 – 6 servings

Ingredients:

3 medium avocados
1/2 medium red onion chopped
Juice from 1 small lemon
1/4 teaspoon cumin
Sea salt to taste

Directions:

- Place avocados in a mixing bowl and mash with potato masher to your desired consistency.

- Add onion, lemon juice, cumin and sea salt and mix.

Enjoy as a dip or topping!
